Dance Student Expectations

Dance Room Etiquette:

•Always come prepared for class

•Full class participation

•No talking out of turn

•No Gum

•No food

•No phones

•No Socks (unless permitted by teacher)

•Bottled water only with closed lid

•No personal belongings

•Be respectful of others and yourself

Dress Code:
All dancers are required to wear appropriate attire that allows movement necessary for dance.   Dance attire includes:
·      Leggings; knee or ankle length
·      Dance pants/Sweat pants/Shorts
·      Solid color t-shirt, Able dance shirt or sports/work-out top (no belly or cleavage visibility)
·     Bare feet (no shoes). Can wear appropriate dance shoes, such as ballet or jazz shoes. 
·     Hair needs to be pulled back out of the face.

·     No loose jewelry.
